The plant runs injection-moulding, stamping, tooling, spot-welding, electronics and assembly workshops, with 20+ spot welders and 30+ stamping, assembly, turning and milling machines.
Testing includes electrical performance rigs, life testing, metrology instruments, an ageing test room and an electrical laboratory — plus ATS automatic test benches, controller test benches, hi-pot testers, constant-humidity chambers, spring tension testers, Rockwell hardness testers, profile projectors and laser machines.
Under the quality policy of “careful planning, rigorous control, constant improvement”, every unit is tested before it leaves the factory.
